Welcome to Orbit (orbitapp.in). By accessing our website, requesting a Private Beta 1.0 invite key, or using the Orbuzz AI execution workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Private Beta 1.0 Access & Scope
Orbit provides an AI-orchestrated consumer platform integrating mobility, quick-commerce groceries, food delivery, shopping, and home services. During Private Beta 1.0, access to iOS TestFlight and Android builds is granted via invitation keys provisioned through contact@orbitapp.in.
2. Deterministic Approval & Agentic Execution
Orbuzz AI uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multimodal vision, and multi-step tool calling to assemble service bundles and upfront INR quotes. A staged AI plan is an actionable quote — no order, ride dispatch, or wallet debit is executed until you explicitly tap to approve the final checkout card.
3. Pricing, Wallet & Cancellation
Approved quotes lock the displayed INR fare and SKU prices at the moment of confirmation. Cancellations, refunds for damaged/missing items, and dispute resolutions are managed through our unified support desk at support@orbitapp.in.
4. Acceptable Use of AI & Vision Capabilities
You agree not to misuse Orbuzz AI prompts, camera scanning endpoints, or APIs for automated scraping, adversarial prompt injection, unlawful transactions, or reverse engineering of our retrieval and routing pipelines.
5. Governing Law & Official Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
