1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to provision Private Beta access and execute multi-service transactions requested by you:

• Account & Beta Access Data: Email address, phone number, selected mobile platform (iOS TestFlight or Android Early Access), and authentication tokens.
• Conversational & Voice Intents: Natural-language text or voice prompts submitted to Orbuzz AI to plan rides, groceries, food orders, or home services.
• Multimodal Camera Scans (Opt-In Only): Photos of refrigerator shelves, pantry items, receipts, or handwritten lists explicitly captured by you for visual SKU matching.
• Geospatial & Fulfillment Telemetry: Pickup, drop-off, and delivery coordinates required to compute live ETAs and match hyperlocal partners.

2. Orbuzz AI, RAG & Multimodal Vision Governance

Orbit is engineered around strict AI privacy and tenant isolation guardrails:

• Scoped Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Your household preference graph (recurring grocery brands, dietary filters, commute schedules) is indexed in a tenant-isolated namespace used solely to ground your own requests.
• Ephemeral Visual Processing: Camera frames submitted for refrigerator or receipt scanning are processed by vision-language models to extract normalized SKU identifiers and are not sold or shared with advertisers.
• Zero Foundation Model Training on Personal Data: We utilize enterprise API tiers with zero-data-retention / non-training agreements so your prompts and scans are never used to train public foundation models.
• Human-in-the-Loop Execution: Orbuzz AI never initiates payment or dispatches a service without presenting a deterministic INR quote card for your explicit confirmation.

3. Data Sharing & Hyperlocal Fulfillment Partners

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Order and dispatch metadata (delivery address, selected SKUs, or ride coordinates) is shared solely with the verified fleet operator, neighborhood dark store, or ONDC network participant fulfilling your approved transaction.

4. Your Rights Under India's DPDP Act, 2023

You have the right to access a summary of your personal data, reset or export your Orbuzz AI routine memory graph, withdraw consent for camera/location permissions, and request complete account erasure at any time by contacting support@orbitapp.in.
